I’m so glad you took me up on this offer to create a Polaroid reminder for those moments when you need a little BOOST and permission to receive.

Here’s the IG reel that highlights the beautiful gift I gave the co-authors of my latest book, “Give me a BOOST.”

Below is the prompt to use (it works well on Gemini). Just add a photo of yourself as an adult and one as a child:

Make a picture taken with a Polaroid camera. The photo should look like a regular photo, without a clear subject or property. The photo should have a slight blur effect and a consistent light source, such as a flash from a dark room, scattered throughout the photo. Do not change the face and make it as the same on the picture. Replace the background behind the two people with a white curtain. With the woman hugging the girl and the girl hugging her too and both look at the front.
