What is BOOST?
BOOST is a community of women, with Luly B. at the helm, who navigate launching new businesses, finetune the growth plans for existing ideas, and navigate life together supporting one another through the entire process.
We are entrepreneurs, seasoned pros, mothers, authors, game changers, subject matter experts, friends and a support system. A safe space. A loving tribe.

BOOST Principles & Values
BOOST was launched in 2015 as a community of women leaders who desired a space to grow personally and professionally. There are so many communities and networks in South Florida, but I was desiring a safe container to share, refer, grow, and support women in all phases and stages of our life - in ALL aspects of our lives.
I envisioned sitting at a table - in a comfortable and safe environment - where we could speak, cry, laugh and celebrate. No judgment. No shame. No should’s. Just simply being ourselves - authentic, open, and genuine.
While the BOOST program and community continues to evolve and create more opportunities for deeper connection and expanded growth, one thing remains: I am committed to curating experiences and foster community of awesome women who lift as we climb.
I will shine my light and celebrate the light of other women, with no hesitation for competition or fear of comparison. I will continue to use my gifts and blessings to encourage other women to do the same so they can have a business/career and life they LOVE. The one they desire. The one they deserve.
While we grow to a community of more than 100 alumnae, my principles and values remain the same:

BOOST is a women’s coaching membership and community for the woman who is building something real. Whether you are starting, scaling, or reinventing your business, you get monthly group coaching, a quarterly pod of women who actually know what you are working on, access to a private community, and a calendar of programming designed to move you forward. Eleven years in, this is the room where women stop guessing and start building.

Women of all ages (we have members ages 23-70!) who are starting or reinventing a business and are ready to do the work. You do not need to have it all figured out, girl. Most of our BOOSTIES walk in unsure where to begin or new to the world of personal development, and that is exactly the point. If you are coachable, curious, and willing to show up for yourself, you belong here.

BOOST is not for someone looking for a quick fix, passive networking, or a “sign up and disappear” kind of membership. This community is built for women who are willing to participate, build relationships, ask for support, and grow intentionally over time. If someone is unwilling to engage authentically, commit to the 12-month experience, or take ownership of their growth and accountability, BOOST likely won’t feel aligned.
It’s also not designed for women who only want content consumption without implementation or connection. BOOST is collaborative, community-driven, and rooted in showing up fully, for yourself and for others. The women who thrive here are open-minded, supportive, growth-oriented, and ready to stretch beyond their comfort zone in both business and life.

BOOST is designed with three membership tiers (FLEX, MAX, and LUX) so women can choose the level of support and access that best fits their goals and season of life.
FLEX is reserved for returning BOOSTIES who want to remain connected to the community while focusing their investments on other growth strategies or areas of business support.
Choose LUX if you’re craving high-level strategy paired with deeply personalized attention. This is for the woman who’s done playing small, wants to collapse time, and is ready to scale with intention and speed. The real magic happens inside the VIP Days with Luly where the breakthroughs, clarity, bold decisions, and major shifts take place. LUX is best suited for women who want the closest proximity to Luly and the deepest level of support, guidance, and accountability as they build a business and life of significance.
Choose MAX if you’re done collecting inspiration and ready to create real momentum. This level is designed for women who thrive with support, accountability, and honest feedback while taking bold action toward their goals. Through bi-monthly calls with Luly, intimate accountability pods, and the magic of the masterminds, you’ll gain direct access, meaningful connection, and the kind of encouragement that keeps you moving when things get hard. MAX is best for women who are ready to move faster, stay consistent, and grow alongside a community that genuinely wants to see them win.

Most BOOSTIES spend about 10–15 hours per month participating in the experience, depending on their tier and how involved they want to be.
That can include:

And here’s the important part: You do not have to attend everything to get value. Many members choose the sessions that best support their current season of business and life. The goal isn’t perfect attendance; it’s intentional support, accountability, and momentum.

BOOST is a 12-month commitment designed for women who are ready to fully step into growth, support, and accountability over time. Memberships begin in January or July, and there is a 30-day window at the beginning of your membership to decide if it’s the right fit before continuing into the full 12-month experience.
