Gino is an accomplished Quality Assurance leader with over 20 years of experience driving end-to-end QA strategy, test automation, and scalable quality processes across complex software environments. With a foundation in Computer Science Engineering, an MBA, and PMP certification, he brings a rare blend of deep technical expertise and business-aligned leadership to deliver consistent, reliable, and efficient software outcomes.

Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration, Gino’s research focuses on the impact of Artificial Intelligence in the banking industry—further strengthening his ability to bridge innovation, risk, and performance in highly regulated environments.

Throughout his career, Gino has led the transformation of QA organizations—elevating them from reactive testing functions into proactive, data-driven quality partners. He specializes in building high-performing QA teams, implementing robust automation frameworks, and establishing metrics-driven quality governance.
