To my beloved BOOSTIES,
Throughout the past ten years, we’ve created something extraordinary. We’ve laughed, cried, cheered, and grown side by side. Every single moment has been a celebration, and every challenge has been a stepping stone to the next breakthrough.
What makes my heart swell with pride is knowing that our community is a ripple effect of expansion and connection. I love witnessing the business partnerships, friendships and connections that were born here.
Your willingness to say YES to new opportunities, show up authentically, and trust the journey is what makes this such an extraordinary community. Every year, I’ve challenged myself to introduce new ways for us to grow in business and life and I am really proud of what we’ve created: expanded events, monthly co-working, virtual workshops, power hours, and fresh ways to connect, learn, and celebrate. We never settle, we never stop growing, and we always, always pour more heart, expertise, and energy into every experience we create together.

BOOST is a community of women, with Luly B. at the helm, who navigate launching new businesses, finetune the growth plans for existing ideas, and navigate life together supporting one another through the entire process.
We are entrepreneurs, seasoned pros, mothers, authors, game changers, subject matter experts, friends and a support system. A safe space. A loving tribe.

BOOST Principles & Values
BOOST was launched in 2015 as a community of women leaders who desired a space to grow personally and professionally. There are so many communities and networks in South Florida, but I was desiring a safe container to share, refer, grow, and support women in all phases and stages of our life - in ALL aspects of our lives.
I envisioned sitting at a table - in a comfortable and safe environment - where we could speak, cry, laugh and celebrate. No judgment. No shame. No should’s. Just simply being ourselves - authentic, open, and genuine.
While the BOOST program and community continues to evolve and create more opportunities for deeper connection and expanded growth, one thing remains: I am committed to curating experiences and foster community of awesome women who lift as we climb.
I will shine my light and celebrate the light of other women, with no hesitation for competition or fear of comparison. I will continue to use my gifts and blessings to encourage other women to do the same so they can have a business/career and life they LOVE. The one they desire. The one they deserve.
While we grow to a community of more than 100 alumnae, my principles and values remain the same:

There’s an intangible vibration that churns through the BOOST community. It is something special that is hard to describe until you’ve experienced it.
It’s about supporting, collaborating, learning, growing, laughing, and (even sometimes) crying.
It’s about becoming a part of a greater whole, a nurturing and empowering community.
The BOOST community has its own kind of magic, that you only know on the inside. It’s a nurturing, challenging, collaborative scene that adds value to your growth as a business owner and a person. It really is that good.
